Feature Request: Changing patch options via Builder

Im not sure if its possible to change patch options (icon selection, name changing) in the builder, but if its possible, how do i do it?

Currently, on Termux, you can change options.json by typing the opon command.

On PC (Windows, Linux, MacOs), you can open the options.json file with an editor and change the patch options directly.

Apparently some options are "buggy" atm. For example, if I select the translations patch option for YouTube, they don't appear for me in the options.json for some reason. Tested on PC (Windows).
