silesia.tar link broken

I'm trying to replicate the benchmarks, but the google drive link for silesia.tar no longer works. I can, of course, tar the dataset myself, but I'm getting slightly different compression ratios, which may have to deal with the order of the data in the tar?

I'm making a pr with correction.

Order of files in tar should be the same. GNU tar sorts them alphabetically, so they should by default be in the same, alphabetical, order. Therefore it shouldn't be the case. And tiny differences are negligible.
