Deploy script need to be able to roll back on error

Deployment process right now is very bad at cleaning up after itself on failure. Need to run more permissions tests before moving files around, and probably come up with a method of deploying that moves less files around, in general. My own comment on how to roll back on install failure should also be something that can be done automatically: #52 (comment)
