Describe your recipe idea

Now that Ignite dropped Detox as the default, it might be a good idea to have a recipe for this.

Here is the PR that took it out of the boilerplate, which could be used as a guideline in reverse to put it in (although we should check latest docs):

There is also this Ignite issue to consider if we can achieve any of this in there:
infinitered/ignite#2134
