Advanced Reference Analysis (New vs. Reused)

Only the total number of references is counted right now during the evaluation for an article. But according to the needs of the Telugu community, these references need to be classified into two types, like:

1. Unique citations added for the first time should be counted as new references
2. Repeated uses should be counted as reused references.

The database schema will also get updated to include these two new fields.
