When a user is creating a post content somewhere that's outside of the inbound-email custom post type they should have a metabox that let's them setup a batch email related to that content.
If the email feature was toggled it would pull an ID from the inbound-email custom post type and let the user select an email template. Then the email template inputs would load and the user could build the email while building the post content.
There could be a preview button, a switch template dropdown, an update button.
Emails would save with a ready status. When the author was ready to send the email he could go into the email section and send it. After being sent the email would go into the sent folder and email stats would show in the email setup metabox for that post.
Then there could be an option to resend the email, which would clone the sent email and list the clone in ready and re-toggle the edit metabox in the post edit admin. Or the user could resend it.
Somewhere along the line the user will need to tell the email which lists to go to. They can do this in the email setup metabox or in the inbound-email edit email area.
Ideally they can even setup automation rules on the email from within the inbound-email edit email area too for remarketing.
