InaSAFE Web error

problem

The InaSAFE web site link to the Quick Start Guide is not working as expected
Clicking on the quick Start link in the toolbar http://docs.inasafe.org/en/user-docs/install.html
or dashboard http://docs.inasafe.org/en/user-docs/install.html
opens the page fine, but if I click on the same link again whilst on that page it takes me to a different link http://inasafe.org/user-docs/install.html which returns an error message.

proposed solution

update the link on the web site
