Following a discussion with @SantiagoTorres #14 (comment) there is potential to minimize redundancy in html templates.

The current revision already employs various template-related DRY techniques (macros and inheritance), but there is always room for more.

While we are at it, we should also rework the layout and style code.

However, I believe that this is not a pressing issue.
