Software supply chain graph zoom and pan reset

When zooming out or panning the software supply chain graph on the software supply chain page, it is easy to "loose" the graph, i.e. zooming out so far that it's not visible any more, or dragging it outside of the viewport.

Possible fixes:

• add reset button
• disable zooming and panning
