Update Study Lenses installation guides

• Make sure that the instructions recommend git cloning outside of WDX180 root folder.
• Ensure that all references to the Study lenses guide have a link with target=_blank, e.g. on Week 09, the "Setting up Study Lenses (v2) on your System" on Day 01
