Many sites that offer downloading from bilibili are super ad-ridden!!

additional context

bilibili features some paywalled/member only content, similar to youtube, sometimes - but the vast majority of the videos hosted are freely accessible.

The official instance has bilibili disabled, and this issue exists #676
