Failed to get all albums (500)

The bug

I have the latest version (1.123.0) of Immich, after the latest batch I started receiving this message:

Failed to get all albums (500)

I tried to put 128GB of RAM and 16 CPU core but nothing changed. I have 503,552 of Photos (412 GiB)
and 8,979 (327 GiB) of videos but I always get this error. In order to make all my check I suspended all the DB engines activities (no facial rec and detection)

The database connection is timing out. Can you please post the logs from the postgres container? They'll be in the postgres folder.

Can you give more information of how did you ingest all of the files to your instance? and have you modified the database manually before?

The connection to the database is timing out. When you get this error, is there anything in the postgres logs?
