It's failing to read the file while generating a thumbnail, which likely indicates the file is corrupted or missing.

If you go to https://my.immich.app/photos/a3bed772-5a70-47b8-931f-a50b2ae5713c, does that open up an asset, is that view OK, and can you download the original file from there?

The file is there and not corrupted. It shows well after downloading it to windows, just got "error loading image" on immich.
