已有元素（代码块）的移动，目前有限制，只能在同一个文件内；
理论上是可以做到 “元素跨文件拖拽”，就需要把所有用到的祖先依赖都迁移到另一个文件里面；
需要对整个上下文（alias 之类）知晓，同时对于文件的语义也需要感知；
