VEF_HediffCompWithGizmo and its child class VEF_HediffCompRefuelable are only prototypes. These features were intended to allow for refuelable comps, such as fuel consuming falemthrowers, or once-use items, such as mechanoid-hacking arms and rocket-launcher arms.

This developement needs to be continued and improved upon.
