Attempting to use the Instagram plugin results in the following after signing in:

{"code": 403, "error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "error_message": "You are not a sandbox user of this client"}

confirmed as well, apparently instagram changed its API as of June 1st, 2016. Apps need to be reapproved.
