@kryptonic963 It would be helpful if you could upload the entire log file. That isn't really enough information to diagnose a problem from that one line. Removing the preferences was sort of a long shot, it should generally still work even if the preference file is messed up, but it never hurts to try. How are you running IGV? Are you clicking on the prebuilt executable? Are you running it from the command line? That argument you mention should be included by default in the launcher script so it's odd that it's not set. The more information you can provide the easier it is to diagnose a problem.

Dear IGV Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. The IGV program used to work perfectly on our desktop devices but suddenly it stopped lunching. we deleted the program and tried both the Windows version with Java and the version without Java separately, but we are still unable to launch the app. This issue is urgent, as we have many patient files that need analysis.
Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this?
