Idris not located in terminal.

Please attach complete source files that exhibit the issue in addition
to quoting from them here.

# Steps to Reproduce
Go through the steps to install Idris.

# Expected Behavior
idris command should be present.

# Observed Behavior
When I type idris in the terminal, it is not even present. So I can't run .idr scripts.
