support tag orientation #749

It seems currently tags can only point to the right.
Some maps have tags pointing to other directions (given by the "orientation" attribute in SBGN-ML).
One example can be found here: https://github.com/sbgn/libsbgn/blob/master/test-files/PD/submap.sbgn
