Description of the feature

Add a reminder system to notify about exporting existing data.

Reason

The data is stored entirely locally, which makes it vulnerable to loss. Implementing reminders will help ensure regular backups of the data.

Additional Information

The reminder system should allow setting the frequency for data export notifications, such as off, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
