Outdated dependencies in reproduction template

The reproduction template https://bits-ui.com/repro has an outdated setup and dependencies which makes it difficult to use with the Svelte 5 examples from the bits ui docs. We should create a new one based on the sv CLI create template

We actually need to update bug-report.yml as the recommended approach is to use the "Open in StackBlitz" of whatever component you're having an issue with and work from there.

Oh yeah that makes a lot more sense. I didn’t know that was a thing. I’m guessing it’s this lightning button near the code example? I can’t seem to press it on mobile so I’ll check again on desktop later
