Window position not correct if taskbar is on left edge of screen

If the taskbar on the main monitor is on the left side, windows are shifted to the left when a restore happens. If the window is touching the taskbar it's OK, but if the window is in the middle or on the right edge of the screen it gets shifted over to the left by the width of the taskbar.
