Allow updating the metric ingester configuration files #42

Currently the cloudformation hard-codes the humio-pulic bucket in the cloudformation files so there's no way to update the conf_metric_statistics_ingester.json and conf_metric_ingester.json files. So either there's no way to update those files, or it's not documented how that should be accomplished without forking the repo and maintaining our own version of it.
