Enhancement Request: Choose MFA type

I have both the email and TOTP options enabled. MFA is enabled for all users and enrollment is part of the registration process. I have TOTP set as the default method as that's the preferred method for MFA. Since both methods are enabled, it would be nice to let users select which MFA method to use.
