Add configuration option to display Bookmark button in top nav bar

Marking content as a bookmark to return to later is very helpful
for keeping track of content that requires further responses.

Accessing the bookmarks is rather cumbersome though.

I propose to create a global configuration option that allows to display a bookmark entry in the top navigation bar for easy access.


I'm happy to draft a PR if this is an interesting upstream feature.
