There is no need to parse Debian mirrors web page

This is more of a comment than issue, but I've seen your blog post, and I just wanted to inform you that there is a master list of Debian mirrors and it is available in source code repository of debian.org website.

I didn't tested it but apt-cacher-ng documentation tells that it supports usage of 'RFC822-like format' directly, so downloading and using http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/webwml/webwml/english/mirror/Mirrors.masterlist?view=co should be possible instead of parsing https://www.debian.org/mirror/mirrors_full.

I checked the documentation about the RFC822, you're right. If there will be time to update the scripts I will do it.
