Animations do not work on explicit world-loop spin

The way Monticello handles modal dialogs is not compatible with the way animations are rendered.

Since time progression is handled in the process loop and not in World doOneCycle, code that spins the world will bypass animations:

• Monticello tools
• Message tally / system profiler
