make keeping new lines in array optional in preference browser #82

Problem to solve
As Squeak Developer, I want to set/unset the preference to keep my new lines in arrays so that this setting is optional.

Acceptance Criteria
- new lines in array setting can be set in preferences
- if it is disabled new lines in arrays get removed
- if it is enabled new lines in arrays are kept
