Problem description

When I'm leaving for a break, would like to just hit a shortcut key, maybe also an option to automatically lock my machine

Possible solution

In the settings you would be able to enter/change your shortcut key, with an option to automatically lock the system

on windows this could be windows-l and on mac this could be control command q

Alternative solutions

the breaks will be better recorded and controlled, so if you just went on a break, it only bothers you when it is time for a new break.
