Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a button called "New to Mapping" at the top of the new partnership pages that is leading to user confusion, as it leads to this page (https://tasks.hotosm.org/learn/map) and people get lots in the details and don't know how it relates to their experience. Corporate mapping has now moved over to MapSwipe, and all the resources for this are now under the Resources button.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove this button. It's no longer necessary as corporate mapping has moved over to MapSwipe. Alternatively, we could name the "Resources" tab to "new to mapping?" and then folks would see the 5 resources that we add there. This would make for a more clear user experience for the folks who are using these pages.

@royallsilwallz - We should be good to remove the new to mapping? text and just retain resources section. cc @manjitapandey
