The next deployment is on April 12. Version 4.5.3 will have changes from Feb 13-April 10. All changes are on the staging site, which is just used for testing. If you spot any issues, please comment down below by Tuesday 11th April so that we will be able to work on a fix before the release.
Why to test?
To make sure the bug fixes and new updates are working as expected
To make sure no matter the new changes the core functionality shouldn’t be hampered.
What you can do:
Go to the Tasking Manager staging site: https://tasks-stage.hotosm.org/ (you can use exactly the same login detail as for the production site)
Hit Ctrl+Shift+R to make sure you get the latest changes.

Complete one round of mapping workflow:
Select any project
Select a task to contribute
Submit the task
Test 2
Choose an issue to test from the list below. You don’t have to test all- you can pick and choose.
Follow the instructions below on each issue to understand what you need to test.

All looks correct: Not a compulsion but you can add a comment to the Github issue to say you have tested and the change works as expected.
Spotted an issue: Please add a comment to the issue on Github, including a screenshot of what went wrong. If you are not familiar with Github, message us on Slack and we can support you.

Notification section
Context: There is a notification section in the Tasking Manager itself if you have noticed the notification bell in the left hand corner beside your profile name. When clicked the notification bell it shows 10(changeable) unread. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/5553
To Test: The unread count should reduce once you click the notification or mark the notification as read

Explore Projects page
Context: Project card is missing priority label for medium and low priority projects. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/5455
To Test: All the project should have priority label mentioned.
Who can test?: all users
Filter by my interests
Context: In Explore project -> More filters, a new button has been added that filters out the projects based on the interests you have selected in the Settings page. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/pull/5407
To Test: Make sure the result are aligned with your interests selected
Who can test?: all users
Mapper’s Profile page
Context: There is a an hdyc icon/link added to the mapper's profilepage (next to the OSMCha link). Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/5513
To Test: The icon on clicked should work as expected.
Who can test?: all users
Request re-validation
Context: Sometimes while validating the tasks, the Request re-validation button is not working as expected on some tasks. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/5524
To Test: On clicking the button, the status of task must change to Ready to validate.
Who can test?: Validators
Team Detail page
Context: Some teams have numerous members and it's very difficult to check if a user is a member. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/3115
To Test: There should be a new search option in the team members section giving you the accurate search result.
Who can test?: Project/Organization manager
Revert Validated tasks
Context: In project edit -> Actions tab, there wasn’t any option to revert all tasks that a specific user has validated in a project to mapped status. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/5484
To Test: Project manager can revert all tasks state by specific username
Who can test?: Project manager
Random Tasks Selection
Context: An option on the project edit page should enforce the task selection page always to select a random task for the user. Related issue:https://github.com/hotosm/tasking-manager/issues/3918
To Test: the task selection page should enforce a random task lock for the user if the project has that option activated.
Who can test?: Project manager/mapper
