Use Legacy Favicon option doesn't work #5551

What's the problem?
The Use Legacy Favicon option doesn't work. The old favicon appears briefly, but it is replaced with the new one shortly after.

Are there any related posts in https://github.com/honestbleeps/Reddit-Enhancement-Suite/issues or /r/RESissues?
The last post about legacy favicon being broken is in /r/RESissues from 5 years ago, so I think I'm good to make this issue.

What other browser extensions are installed?
Tampermonkey (no scripts for Reddit)
