Right now I'm just doing some tinkering and proof-on-concept work regarding mqttDB. If you set the --publish-metadata option hm2mqtt publishes some data to mqttDB, but this is just for gaining a little bit of experience, see it as experiment. The whole conecpt is far away from "finished", but if you want to participate in the discussion about meta data and how a schema could be defined just join the mqtt-smarthome slack chat, any form of participation and feedback is higly appreciated! :-)
