새로고침시 원래있던 페이지->로그인->메인페이지로 이동
To reproduce
버그 재현 방법:

`Go to 자유게시판 or 청원게시판 or 회의록 or 회칙 or QnA
`Click on 'F5'
See error

Expected behavior

원래있던 페이지 -> 원래있던 페이지-

총학소식 글쓰기 완료시

캐러셀 이미지 등록 옵션시: 메인페이지로 이동함.

추가적으로 등록 옵션 선택시 만들어질 링크를 해당 사진과 같이 캐러셀이미지로 전송되기(추후진행)

캐러셀 이미지 등록 옵션 선택 안할시: 화면이동없이 게시글만 등록됨
