keys perfects invalid due to broken chords

Not a duplicate.
Keys being invalid is different than guitar invalid, due to not knowing how to count unsnapped chords.
Keeping this open. Changed the name

I encountered something like this the other day, except every note I played was "bad" instead of "invalid" (this was before invalid was added). Then the game crashed near the end of the song, which might be related.

update: i was playing me enorama (whatever the rb3 juanes song is), that features a few extended sustains before the first chorus and the judgements work there

Following up to my last post, I tried the same song ("Do It Again" by Steely Dan, a GHtoRB3 custom) on the latest nightly on keys with judgments off. I managed to finish the song but crashed going back to the library. It's just like #851 but on PS3.

update: "Welcome to the Black Parade" features no broken chords but it shows up as invalid
