The up button component needs to be added to the documentation.

A button was added for task #247, but only to one page, and it's not working. A button needs to be added to the top of the page for all documentation.

Issue can be taken. Now there is no up button at all.

@aanthonymax Yes. It was directed as not to show it in desktop view as per your comment. So I was following that route.
