CopyQ 13.0.0 - Installer - Not enough rights to create C:\Program Files\CopyQ folder

Describe the bug
If you try to install the program ind efault folder
C:\Program Fiels\CopyQ

instalelr report not enough right to create folder.

Install the application

Expected behavior
Instalelr should able to create the folder

Hmm, I don't think I can fix this if installer just does not have the permission.

Did you try to uninstall the app and remove the folder?

There is also the portable zip version, in case you do not have permission to write "Program Files".

Please take care that I'm the user admin and I have the rights to create sub-folders in Program Folder.
Only this app with this installer has this issue.

I installerd other app based on same installer type without issue to create subfolder in program Folder.

I propose to change in installer script the default folder for installation as "ProgramData\CopyQ" (currently is "Program Files\CopyQ") because for ProgramData are not necessary admin rights to create the sub-foilder.

There should also be an option in the installer to install the app just for a single user (not everybody). This would also change the default installation location, but I think the configuration uses a wrong DefaultDirName value. Fixing in #3364.

New installer build is ok.

Please remind if you can to use in the instalelr the GNU license text in RTFf format.
Current simple text licesne (formatetd as 80 chars) don't use all space available in GUI.
