How can i override the openapi spec?

In the current project I am working on we have a set up where we generate types from our swagger spec. I am looking into us going over to using HeyApi. I have started trying to do this on a branch but I have a little snag that I don't know if I can fix. In our setup we have a node backend that runs a middleware to add headers. That means we have mandatory headers in the spec, but if I generate with HeyApi these Are mandatory., but I want them totally omitted from generation with HeyApi. Can you show me a solution for this, if one exists?
