사이트별 job, company 연결 (현재는 이름 기준으로만 join)
같은 공고인데 각각 올라와져있는 경우 연결
tech_list 데이터 정제 (대소문자, / 분리 등)
location 데이터 정제 ("지도보기·주소복사” 등 불필요한 문자 제거)
