Is there a new capabilities gap document that we want to document? So we know what direction we need to go toward (besides just adding Angular 2).

Sure, here's the gap list:

• Restore avail chart directive (as a component)
• Restore context chart directive (as a component)
• Restore timeline directive (as a component)
• Test AreaChart in metric-chart component
• Test ScatterChart in metric-chart component
• Test ScatterLineChart in metric-chart component
• Test HistogramChart in metric-chart component
• Test RhqBarChart in metric-chart component
• Test MultiLineChart in metric-chart component
• Restore all sample html: alerting-sample, avail-test, multi-chart, stand-alone-chart, timeline-test

Note that all utility and type classes have been restored already, though not tested outside of metric/line chart scope.
