Refreshing/Getting a new Onion address

Problem/Motivation

Is there a way to force the ToR addon to retrieve a new onion address? I keep getting the same address, however accessing it via the tor browser, it doesn't exist ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED

Proposed changes

Provide an option to "release" and "renew" the onion address.
