Look into privacy-preserving analytics

Now that we have very basic analytics set up for Meson, we need to improve upon this by looking at how we can make it more privacy-preserving. There have been a few published works in this area as it relates to Tor and they are all based on MPC techniques. First, we should look into how we can adapt those protocols to Loopix.
