Helm chart missing index file #3512

While the helm chart exists, there is no index.yaml to use it with helm. basically rendering the addition useless.

error when attempting to add the helm chart repo

Error: looks like "https://github.com/harness/gitness/tree/main/charts/gitness" is not a valid chart repository or cannot be reached: failed to fetch https://github.com/harness/gitness/tree/main/charts/gitness/index.yaml : 404 Not Found
