fix: Devtools open graph page shows og:image is missing

🐛 The bug

When opening devtools it shows og:image is missing and the previews dont show an image even tho it is defined by defineOgImageComponent() and the tag is present in the html.

Other:

• twitter:image is also automatically added to html by nuxt-seo but shown as missing
• icon's are also auto registered and added to html by nuxt-seo out of public folder but shown as missing

This is a problem with the nuxt devtools, SSR tags aren't picked up nuxt/devtools#636
