Metered Power when Connector Status Available

Currently, if you disconnect the vehicle while the connector status is in a "Charging" state, the integration maintains the Metered Power prior to the disconnection.

Ideally, Metered Power (and Current) should always be 0, unless the Connector is in a "Charging" state.
