The "Insert template" section isn't available in the note menu when the page width is reduced to <768px

Provide steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new note
2. Shrink the webpage width to <768px
3. Locate the "Insert template" section in the note menu

Expected behaviour

The "Insert template" section should still be available in the note menu when the webpage width is <768px

I use HackMD on:
