more approriate error display (for Firefox)

When the server is unreachable, Firefox (47.0.1 running on OS X Lion) reports "コンテンツデータ破損エラー" (Content Data Corruption Error). We would need to replace this with a more appropriate message so that SW would not be blamed for.

Note: Chrome correctly reports that the web server is down.
