I create new Icons

Hi, thanks for your icons, i loved them!

I had created my own icons following your style for programs that are not include on your pack icon, obviously i need to set up each new icon I've created manually each time i format my laptop or make an update of OS, so my question is:

What should i do to include my icons to your downloaded pack icon so when i set it up as my default pack icon, my icons are placed as well as your icons?
