We're getting some "off the charts" ; ) results for the 3 GPU configuration. Let's rerun the mgpu tests.

I've pushed new geo results to the develop branch. @jowens, kicking it over to you to regenerate the graphs.

This looks saner in the sense that we don't have a 60x speedup, but it also looks like an entirely different graph.

We have two different versions of this application living in different branches. I'm going to check the slurm run scripts again and also rerun both geo versions and see what we see.
