Investigate dropping transparency on attached PNG.

I suspect IM version (my local is OK with a simple resize).

This is still an issue. And is reproducible using the supplied example image.
Aside - imgproxy can render the transparency correctly when used as the preview renderer, but im is still the crop renderer.

Ya. Can’t remember well, but at least some older version of VIPS we tested (with this) also couldn’t deal with this pic. TBH, we haven’t seen many (any) more examples in the wild.
